The devotee record kept by the office — name, devotee code, father's name where given, address, district and thana, mobile number, email where given, and the photograph taken at registration or uploaded by the devotee from the portal — and the record of each offering: the amount, the date, the funds it was given to, and whether the payment succeeded.

To record an offering against the right devotee, to issue a receipt, to send the confirmation SMS, and to keep the accounts of a registered society.

Card numbers, wallet PINs and banking credentials are entered on SSLCommerz's own secure page. Satsang never sees them and never stores them. What Satsang receives back is the amount, the method, and whether the payment succeeded.

The mobile number on the devotee record is used to send the receipt for an offering. To change or remove it, contact the office.

This website does not display third-party advertisements. Satsang does not sell or share customers' personal information with any third party, except as needed to process payments and deliver orders. If any third-party advertisement is ever displayed, or any customer information is shared with a third party, Satsang is solely responsible for it.

৬. কত দিন 6. How long

Offering records are kept permanently, as the accounting and religious record of the society. A photograph is kept for as long as the devotee record it belongs to, and is replaced whenever a new one is uploaded; the one it replaces is deleted.

৭. আপনার রেকর্ড 7. Your record

To see or correct what is held about you, sign in to the devotee portal or contact the office. Inside Satsang your record is seen by the office staff who register devotees and record offerings, and by nobody else; what each of them may see depends on the role they are given.

You may ask the office to remove your photograph, or to disable your sign-in so the portal and the app can no longer be used with it. An offering record itself cannot be deleted — it is part of the society's accounts, and it stays even if the sign-in is disabled.

৮. আপনার ডিভাইসে 8. On your device

Signing in stores a token on your own phone or computer so that you stay signed in; it is cleared when you sign out and when the session ends. No advertising or tracking cookies are used, and this website loads nothing from a third party.

The Android app shows these same pages. It asks for no permissions on your phone — not your contacts, your location or your files — and carries no advertising and no analytics. A photograph you upload is one you choose yourself.

৯. শিশু 9. Children

The portal is for devotees holding a code issued by the office. An offering for a child is made by a parent or guardian from their own sign-in.
