১. আমরা কারা 1. Who we are

শ্রীশ্রীঠাকুর অনুকূলচন্দ্র সৎসঙ্গ, হিমাইতপুর-পাবনা (সৎসঙ্গ) — Sreesreethakur Anukulchandra Satsang, Himaitpur-Pabna ("Satsang"), a society registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC), Bangladesh, under Reg. No. 3147-E.P./160 of 1968-69 (S-3147), at Himaitpur, Pabna Sadar, Pabna – 6602, Bangladesh. These terms govern the use of satsangbd.com and of the Satsang application.

The site describes Satsang and allows a registered devotee to sign in, make an offering and see their own record. It is not a shop and sells no goods.

৩. আপনার ভক্ত রেকর্ড 3. Your devotee record

Access is by the devotee code issued by the office and a password. Keep the password to yourself, and tell the office at once if you believe someone else has it. You are responsible for what is done through your sign-in.

৪. অর্ঘ্য ও পরিশোধ 4. Offerings and payment

An offering is made through the payment gateway operated by SSLCommerz. You are charged exactly the amount you choose; Satsang bears the gateway's charge, which is deducted from what reaches Satsang. Card, wallet and banking details are entered on the gateway's own page; Satsang does not see or store them.

৫. নিশ্চিতকরণ ও রসিদ 5. Confirmation and receipt

An offering is recorded when the gateway confirms the payment. A confirmation SMS is sent to the mobile number on your devotee record, and the receipt (অর্ঘ্য-প্রস্বস্তি) can be opened and saved from your own sign-in, or printed by the office.

৬. তথ্যের নির্ভুলতা 6. Accuracy

Please check the amount and your details before you confirm. If a payment is made twice or by mistake, see the return and refund policy.

৭. বিজ্ঞাপন ও আপনার তথ্য 7. Advertising and your information

This website does not display third-party advertisements. Satsang does not sell or share customers' personal information with any third party, except as needed to process payments and deliver orders. If any third-party advertisement is ever displayed, or any customer information is shared with a third party, Satsang is solely responsible for it.

৮. বিষয়বস্তু 8. Content

The text, images and marks on this site belong to Satsang and may not be copied for commercial use.

৯. পরিবর্তন 9. Changes

Satsang may update these terms. The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page.

১০. প্রযোজ্য আইন 10. Governing law

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত হবে।

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
