১. নীতি 1. The policy
সৎসঙ্গে প্রদত্ত অর্ঘ্য ও অনুদান ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
Offerings and donations made to Satsang are non-refundable, because an offering is received as a religious act and is applied to the purpose for which it was given. Satsang does not sell goods, so there is nothing to return.
২. ব্যতিক্রম 2. The exception
দ্বিগুণ বা ভুলবশত প্রদত্ত অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হয়।
A duplicate payment, or a payment made in error, is refunded once it has been verified against Satsang's records and the payment gateway's.
৩. দাবি জানানোর নিয়ম 3. How to claim
পেমেন্টের ৩ দিনের মধ্যে info@satsangcentral.org-এ ইমেইল করুন অথবা +৮৮০১৭১৮১৫২৩৪৪ নম্বরে ফোন করুন।
Email info@satsangcentral.org or call +8801718152344 within 3 days of the payment, with:
- the date and the amount
- your devotee code, or the voucher number
- the mobile number used for the payment
- how the payment was made — bKash, card, bank and so on
৪. সময়সীমা 4. Timeline
দাবি অনুমোদিত হলে ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ফেরত সম্পন্ন করা হয়।
Once a claim is approved, the refund is completed within 7–10 working days, returned to the same account, card or wallet the payment came from. If a claim is not approved, Satsang replies by email explaining why.
৫. বাতিলকরণ 5. Cancellation
গৃহীত অর্ঘ্য বাতিল করা যায় না।
An offering cannot be cancelled once it has been received. A payment that fails at the gateway is never received by Satsang, and any amount held by your bank or wallet is released by them without a claim to Satsang.
